Returns and Exchanges
Online return and exchange policy
We are trying to make Returns and Exchanges as easy as possible, but we need a little help from you. Please, read the below information to ensure that your process will be as fast and smooth as possible.Returns & Exchanges – within 14 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with all tags attached.
Items not eligible for returns/exchanges:
Jewelry, Sunglasses, Lingerie, Fragrances and Body Care Products, Footwear, all Sale items, and Gift cards.
Before you ship your item/s to us - you must e-mail us first at email@example.com and let us know the order number, full name on the order and what are you returning/exchanging. After our confirmation, you can then package your item, insert a copy of your invoice or our confirmation e-mail into the package and ship it back to us at your expense to:

Note: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance for higher priced items. Without a tracking number you do not have a guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed back to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 1-2 business days. Please, allow another 2-3 business days for your refund to show in your account, which is a standard bank processing time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some longer than usual time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of these steps and you still haven't received your funds, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
